Vancouver has milder climate than the rest of Canada. Lavished with glittering seas, snow-capped mountains, multicultural atmosphere, food, and natural wonders, Vancouver becomes one of the best must-see cities. Vancouver is always in the list of the liveliest cities. With its shopping malls, a multicultural variety such as East Indian and Italian districts, the most loved location of this city is the Stanley Park. All you need to do is book yourself a cheap flight to Vancouver and experience the exquisiteness this city has to offer.

The Stanley Park is a fascinating place, garnished with lagoons, beaches, gardens, and cedar trees. Wild life exists is this area as species such as coyotes, trumpeter swans and beavers are seen. Located near the downtown, Stanley Park is what the Vancouver offers with pride!

The Lost Lagoon and seawall walk are located here, along with the Siwash Rock. Within a few miles in the downtown Vancouver, features such as the Grouse, Cypress and Seymour mountains can be located – all having night skiing facilities. A small mystical Island Bowen is located if a 15 minute ferry trip is taken, giving the tourist a view of the rain forests meeting the ocean. Several Ferry trips can help you discover gulf Islands such as the Galiano and Saltspring.

Vancouver experiences mild winters with very little snow. Having a maritime climate and being located near the Pacific coast, it comes as no surprise that Vancouver comes with a lot of rain. With temperature of being 20 degree Celsius, Vancouver enjoys a lot of sunshine. Vancouver enjoys many tourists from July to August because not only is the weather great, but many activities taking place in these few months. These include the Vancouver International Jazz festival, The Folk Music Festival, the Film Festival and the HSBS Celebration of Light fireworks competition. Therefore, for those who enjoy music especially, these functions can be an ideal attraction.

Tourist also enjoy the pre and post summer months such as May/June and Sept/Oct months as the summer season wears off eventually. These months let you enjoy whale watching, as this is the ideal Vancouver attraction in the early spring and late autumn.

If you are a skier or snowboarder, Vancouver is your place to be around the mid of December. Tourists also enjoy the months January and February since these are the mountains’ peak seasons! For the perfect summer treat, the Wreck Beach is available to please the sun-lovers. Situated between the Locarno Beach and the University of British Columbian lands, it takes up at least 8km of the city.

If you plan to visit Vancouver anytime soon, be wise and wait until the year 2010. Vancouver is going to be hosting the Olympic Winter games that year and the tickets are on sale now. Save yourself money, and book yourself some Vancouver cheap flights before the prices start to shoot up again! Not only do you get to enjoy the event, you get to experience the beauty the city has to offer, that too at a cheap price!
